Coto de Caza has a state park with multi level hiking trails... I would like to join you guys for this mini trip, as long its not a Saturday, like you guys always do !

what i do to get in shape for wrestling season

1- run every other day a minimum of 1 1/2 miles warm up fist.

2- lift wights the next day 2 hours minimum. with out without push ups and sit ups

3- drink less soda drink only water.

4- don't eat our drink after 8pm because your body cant burn the extra calories when you sleep

5- and try to push yourself every time and just set a goal and stick with it

put it this way there were 200 kids going out to try out for 5 spots in wrestling our team accepted 3

and those are the things we tryd them on weight and determination just push yourself and you can loose alot of weight
